Martinos will oversee all aspects of the firm’s HR functions and drive HR initiatives and strategies that align with the firm’s goals and values, along with ensuring Resolute applies and adheres to the most up-to-date workplace policies and processes within a culture of integrity, respect, innovation and collaboration; aiming to continuously improve employee experiences and interrelations, with Resolute remaining an employer of choice.
Martinos joins Resolute with over 17 years of extensive experience as an HR professional, across a number of sectors such as Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Financial Services, Digital Banking and FinTech.
