Alexis is a Partner of Resolute and the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

Alexis has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience and over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, specialising in the delivery of strategy, technology and operational advisory services to top-tier clients primarily in the banking and public sectors. Prior to joining Resolute, he worked in the risk advisory team of PwC Cyprus, as well as the Strategy & Change practice of IBM Global Business Services in Canada. During his career he has led project workstreams in performing business strategy, organisational restructuring, change management, risk management and business process reengineering.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Alexis is also a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and a certified ISO 27001 lead implementer.

Alkis is an Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Management at Resolute Investment Management, Resolute Group’s EU regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager. His experience in international Fund structuring provides clients across the Group with additional solutions through a regulated environment.

Alkis has 15+ years of experience, specialising in investment management, investment advisory, Fund structuring, accounting, and taxation. He began his career at PwC Cyprus before joining the Family Office of a High Net-Worth Investor (HNWI) as Financial Controller. He was later appointed Executive Director of a regulated Fund Manager which at the time manged the largest Fund of its kind in Cyprus. Before joining Resolute, Alkis was Deputy CEO of a regulated Advisory Firm catering towards HNWIs.

He holds a BSc Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East Anglia. He is a CFA Charterholder, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), holder of CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing and CySEC’s Advanced Certification.

Bill is Co-Founder of Resolute and Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Cepal Greece, the joint venture between Resolute and Cepal. He is a member of Resolute’s Board of Directors.

Bill has over 25 years of experience in real estate workout and banking. He was formerly Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at JER Europe, a leading Pan-European real estate private equity fund manager. Prior to joining JER, he spent 11 years with Credit Suisse in Switzerland, Italy and the UK, where he was initially involved in distressed restructurings and later real estate investment banking, with responsibility for Continental Europe. Bill is Australian and commenced his career in 1988 in Australia managing distressed tourism and property workouts across the country for the State Bank of South Australia Group.

He holds an Economics Degree from Adelaide University and a Master of Business Administration from Bocconi University in Italy.

Bryan leads Resolute’s operations in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary, with particular focus on establishing REO monetisation processes and managing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios. He has advised on a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial assets throughout the region.

Bryan has extensive property experience throughout Bulgaria, the Balkans and Western Europe. With over 10 years of property experience, he has amassed a diverse skillset having worked in acquisitions and dispositions, property development, marketing and advising.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of Kansas and speaks fluent Bulgarian.

Catalin is the Country Head of Resolute Asset Management Romania. He has 20 years of real estate investment and development experience. He also has experience in construction, project management and development of real estate. The developments range from residential to offices, big retail schemes, hotels and logistic centers.

Catalin holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest.

Chris Stratos is the CEO of Resolute Hellas. He supports business development across the organization and works closely with partners and senior staff on delivering solutions to clients.

Chris is a strategy and finance consultant with over 25 years’ experience in international finance and banking, and was recently involved in various leadership positions at the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, as non-executive Member of the General Council as well as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw the recapitalization and restructuring of the Greek banking sector.

Chris was previously Partner at the Santander Infrastructure Fund (private equity), and prior to that he was Managing Director at Credit Agricole CIB in London, where he structured and led numerous large scale asset-based financings and loan restructurings in all 5 continents.

Chris holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in the USA, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Corinna is the Group’s Business Development Director, responsible for the business development and marketing activities of the firm, supporting Bill Hancock, the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resolute.

Previously, Corinna was the Group’s Legal and Compliance Officer for 5 years, responsible for legal and compliance across the Group.

Prior to Resolute Corinna worked within the global asset management practice of Russell Reynolds Associates, in London and New York. Before that she qualified as a NY attorney and worked within the corporate law practice of a US law firm. She began her career in equity sales and trading at Morgan Stanley, subsequently joining the derivatives business of Credit Suisse where she marketed structured products to German and Greek Financial Institutions.

She holds an LLB in Law with German Law from Kings College London and an LLM in International Law.

Daniel is a Partner of Resolute and is based in Italy.

Daniel has accrued in-depth investment and asset management experience over more than a decade, during which he has worked on a wide range of institutional mandates in Italy and across Europe. Latterly he has focused on providing strategic advice and solutions to a wide range of clients in the Middle East. His prior roles have encompassed real estate consultancy, acquisition, asset management at Cushman & Wakefield, AXA Real Estate and Savills Investment Management, with significant experience in the management of problematic and capital constrained situations.

Daniel holds a MSc in International Finance from Skema & Westminster Business Schools and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol.

Dimitris is a director of Resolute and a member of the Advisory team with particular focus on advising financial institutions with their distressed real estate portfolios (NPLs and REOs).

He has been involved in the provision of Advisory services to financial institutions in Greece and UAE and he spent the last several years leading strategic transactions in Greece.

He has over 12 years of banking experience (across different Greek and Cypriot Banks) with particular focus on managing corporate portfolios, debt restructuring and workout analysis.

He holds an MSc with high distinction in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a B.Sc. in Economics from University of Piraeus and he is a CFA level III candidate.

Dominika holds the position of the Group’s Professional Development Director.

Leveraging on her extensive knowledge of the business and the industry, Dominika’s role extends to the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the professional development journey for Resolute employees, across all geographies and seniority levels.

Dominika joined the firm in 2014 to formulate real estate strategies and to advise on repositioning projects in Cyprus, CEE and the Balkans. Her main areas of expertise include distressed asset repositioning, formulation of real estate strategies, REO management and monetisation, general management and restructuring.

Prior to joining Resolute, Dominika worked at Infocredit Group Ltd where she enhanced her risk assessment and management skills across global markets and gained experience in compliance solutions.

Prior to her relocation to Cyprus, she successfully represented several foreign investors in Poland. Her responsibilities included portfolio management, project management, and liaising with lawyers, banking professionals, and public representatives.

Dominica holds a master’s degree in Investment and Asset Management from the Poznan University of Economics and is a holder of HBX CORe from Harvard Business School.

Francisco Tristão is a Vice President in Resolute’s Portugal office.

Working at Resolute Francisco leads Portugal operation, having managed two mid to long term REO Management & Monetization mandates with a total approx. value of €90m and several Underwriting and Advisory projects for private equity clients, on portfolios worthing more than €2,1bn+ with different profiles and asset types.

Prior to joining Resolute, Francisco worked for Hipoges as Rentals Associate Director for Iberia with team both in Portugal and Spain, and at Whitestar Asset Solutions, where he became Team Leader of the Real Estate Development team. Also, at Whitestar Francisco was the Team Leader on Due Diligence Project Management team.

Francisco graduated in Architecture from Lisbon Architecture School, Technical University (UTL), is member of the Architects’ Association, has a professional degree of Real Estate Valuation from ESAI University and holds a post-graduation in Project Management from Católica Lisbon – School of Business and Economics.

George is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resolute Group Greece.  He has over 20 years’ experience in banking as well as in regional development, real estate and tourism.

Previously George served as Executive General Manager, Group Chief Real Estate of Piraeus Bank Group. During his tenure at Piraeus Bank Group he was also the CEO of Piraeus Real Estate as well as of PICAR, Chairman of the BoD of Piraeus Leasing and Piraeus Leases; as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank; he also participated in the Senior Credit and Recovery Credit Committee and other real estate related Investment committees.  Before joining the Piraeus Bank Group, George served as an Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Greece.  Previously he worked for the European Central Bank.

He is a RICS Fellow (FRICS) and holds a Vordiplom in Economics and Management Sciences and a Diploma (MS) in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, from Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen in Germany.

Jad is spear-heading the Dubai office of Resolute. He is primarily responsible for the activities and business development of the Group’s first office in the Gulf Region.

Prior to joining Resolute, Jad was the Senior Investment Manager at Jeddah Economic Company, a real estate master developer and owner of a 5.3 million square meter city in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, home to the world’s tallest tower. His expertise lies in his deep understanding of the real estate market in the GCC having worked on various real estate projects spanning across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education sectors.

Prior to Jeddah Economic Company, Jad has held key positions in financial institutions in Dubai and Doha where he traded local markets and sought-after key strategic acquisitions for business development.

He holds a Business Finance Degree from the American University of Beirut.

James has led on all RESAM projects since 2017, having first gained experience across each of Resolute Group’s business lines. His experience with RESAM clients includes consulting on portfolio-wide strategic challenges and the implementation of transformational change across their operating businesses. His current focus is on advising clients with their capital needs and how best to utilise their stock to attract external capital.

Jan provides strategic advice and implementation support to NPL & REO portfolio owners (banks and institutional investors) and servicers in the management and disposal of distressed assets. He has portfolio transaction origination, underwriting and execution experience on the buy and sell-side in Southern Europe and the Levant.

He has a commercial banking background with experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk management and credit underwriting related to international corporate lending across industries.

Jan holds BA Honours degrees in both Sociology and in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as an MSc Finance degree from CIIM. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Loukas is a Director of Resolute and is responsible for Business Development activities in Greece for Resolute Group.

His expertise spans from advising financial institutions with their distressed real estate portfolios monetisation strategies to strategic advisory of their respective management units.

Loukas has advised on REO and NPL portfolio transactions with an extensive track record in Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Dubai.

He graduated from the University of Piraeus (BSc) and Queen Mary University of London (MSc-Distinction). Loukas is also a CFA charterholder.

Marina is a RICS qualified surveyor with over 15 years of professional experience on asset management and property advisory services.

Prior to joining Resolute, Marina worked as Head of Third-Party Valuations at Eurobank Property Services, where she managed largescale portfolio valuations and was also involved on complex valuations and feasibility studies in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia as part of the International Division. Previously, she worked as a Senior Property Valuer for CBRE and DTZ, in Greece.

She holds a MSc in Real Estate Management and Development from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and a BSc in Economics, Urban and Regional Development from Panteion University of Athens.

Mario Bertolotti is a partner of Resolute Asset Management and the Managing Director of the Italian operations.

He has over 15 years real estate experience both in distress assets acquisition, management and principal investment as well as in building and development, and he was business partner in the zero CO₂ emissions 4EQ Easy Home project, winner of the European Commission “A World You Like” 2013 award for the most innovative, impactful, efficient initiative in the “building recovering and living” field.

Before he spent 17 years in investment banking both in Italy and abroad with Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, CA Lazard FP and Crédit Agricole CIB in Italy, France and UK. He holds an Economics Master Degree and real estate financing and evaluation certifications from Bocconi University in Italy and was approved as Investment Advisor in UK.

Martinos is Resolute’s Group Human Resources Manager.

Martinos has over 17 years of experience as an HR professional, working in leading companies in their sector.

Prior to joining Resolute, he was leading the HR departments of top companies in sectors like Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Financial Services, Digital Banking and FinTech. Martinos worked also as a Consultant in his founding company providing HR Consulting and Recruitment services.

He holds a BA in Communication and Media from the National University of Athens and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool

Nicholas is Partner of Resolute with regional responsibility for Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and the Middle East. He is responsible for developing and implementing Resolute’s expansion strategy in order to consolidate market leadership across the region.

Nicholas joined Resolute from Deutsche Bank where he was a Managing Director, Chief Country Officer for Greece and a senior corporate finance and capital markets professional. In his extensive career Nicholas also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and J. Henry Schroder Wagg.

Nick is Group Chief Executive Officer and a member of Resolute’s Board of Directors.

Nick is a non-performing asset (‘NPA’) specialist, having acquired more than 25 years experience as an advisor and principal helping owners, lenders and management teams rebuild value when facing financial distress. Nick has led numerous large scale financial restructurings across Europe, covering almost all of the major industrial sectors. As a principal, he has successfully delivered a highly challenging Bank turnaround where, amongst many other things, he set up and ran a 600+ person workout team, successfully resolving close to $20bn NPAs. Most recently, Nick has led M&A transactions, successfully selling more than $8bn of NPAs across a number of transactions, including the first large scale NPA sale in the Gulf.

Nick regularly works with an array of stakeholders including regulators, banks, alternative lenders, borrowers, investors and government bodies. He works across all aspects of financial distress from resolving complex single assets, to portfolios of assets and system wide systemic solutions (including structured solutions, bad banks and other support mechanisms).

Richard is a Senior Advisor to Resolute and CEO REInvest Greece, a subsidiary of Resolute focusing on the provision of project management, property management, and agency services to retail clients and corporate and institutional investors in the Greek property market.

Richard was formerly the Head of the Americas for Westpac Banking Corporation responsible for the bank’s operations in North America and a Director Investment Banking for Deutsche Bank. He has over 30 years’ experience in Banking, Real Estate and Law, as well as extensive experience in debt markets, portfolio and capital management, acquisition finance and workouts.

Richard is a graduate of Cranfield University (MBA) and University of Adelaide (LLB B.Arch Stud). He is a CPA and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Victoria, Australia and as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Robert is Co-Founder of Resolute and Group Vice-Chairman.

At Resolute he has been involved in a senior executive role building the business from 2 partners and an idea in 2010, completing this time as an executive in the business at the end of 2023, and is now Vice-Chair of the Board of the Group. 

Robert has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Resolute, Robert was counsel and Director with JER Partners, and before that a senior real estate lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP and Clifford Chance LLP in London. He holds a BA in Commerce and LLB from the University of Queensland, Australia. 

Robert joined in June 2023 and serves as our Group Finance Director, where he oversees all facets of finance and strategic business partnership.  

With a track record spanning over 15 years, he has extensive expertise in finance and commercial leadership.  

Robert’s career has involved managing and nurturing finance teams to support growing and changing businesses across various European countries and diverse industries, including the commercial real estate sector.  

Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
