Mario Bertolotti
Managing Director, Head of Italy
Mario is a Managing Director of Resolute, a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Resolute’s Italian operations.
He has over 15 years real estate experience both in distress assets acquisition, management and principal investment as well as in building and development, and he was business partner in the zero CO₂ emissions 4EQ Easy Home project, winner of the European Commission “A World You Like” 2013 award for the most innovative, impactful, efficient initiative in the “building recovering and living” field.
Before he spent 17 years in investment banking both in Italy and abroad with Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, CA Lazard FP and Crédit Agricole CIB in Italy, France and UK. He holds an Economics Master Degree and real estate financing and evaluation certifications from Bocconi University in Italy and was approved as Investment Advisor in UK.
