Alessandro has an accumulated experience of 10 years in Real Estate, where he has covered different roles starting from consulting in EY and then moving to advisor companies of Private Equity funds such as Curzon Advisers and Kervis Asset Management focusing in particular on the management of portfolios for commercial and office use.

Alessandro graduated at Politecnico di Milano in Urban Planning (Bachelor Degree) and then graduated in Building Systems Engineering (Master Degree). In 2013 he completes the executive program in Real Estate Finance at SDA Bocconi.

Carla is the Office Manager in Milan and she is responsible for the smooth running of the administrative operations of Resolute’s office in Italy.

Carla holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with major in urban sociology. Prior to joining Resolute Asset Management Carla worked for six years as a project manager at the University of Pavia, dealing with European Commission funded research projects.

Daniel is a Partner of Resolute and is based in Italy.

Daniel has accrued in-depth investment and asset management experience over more than a decade, during which he has worked on a wide range of institutional mandates in Italy and across Europe. Latterly he has focused on providing strategic advice and solutions to a wide range of clients in the Middle East. His prior roles have encompassed real estate consultancy, acquisition, asset management at Cushman & Wakefield, AXA Real Estate and Savills Investment Management, with significant experience in the management of problematic and capital constrained situations.

Daniel is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, holds a MSc in International Finance from Skema & Westminster Business Schools and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol.

Mario Bertolotti is a partner of Resolute Asset Management and the Managing Director of the Italian operations.

He has over 15 years real estate experience both in distress assets acquisition, management and principal investment as well as in building and development, and he was business partner in the zero CO₂ emissions 4EQ Easy Home project, winner of the European Commission “A World You Like” 2013 award for the most innovative, impactful, efficient initiative in the “building recovering and living” field.

Before he spent 17 years in investment banking both in Italy and abroad with Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, CA Lazard FP and Crédit Agricole CIB in Italy, France and UK. He holds an Economics Master Degree and real estate financing and evaluation certifications from Bocconi University in Italy and was approved as Investment Advisor in UK.

Nicolò is a research analyst intern based in Milan Office. He has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and he is currently pursuing the Master’s in Finance at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. Prior to joining Resolute, Nicolò completed an internship at Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Services Support team, gaining valuable experience in both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence processes.

Riccardo is a Senior Asset Manager based in the Milan Office.

Prior to joining Resolute, he gained experience in CBRE Italy, PwC and Accenture. In his previous work experience he learnt how to manage a business district from a Property and Facility services management point of view.

Riccardo holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Business Administration and Management, both from the LIUC University.

Romeo is a Research Analyst based in our Milan Office.

He is currently pursuing a BSc in Banking and Finance with an emphasis on Financial Markets at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Before joining Resolute he was Head of Asset Management and Head of Derivatives Trading at UCFA Finance Society, a student-run finance association in the Portfolio Management field.
