Alexandra is the Office Manager in the Romanian Resolute office.

Currently Alexandra is handling all the administrative and corporate related jobs of the office. Prior joining Resolute Asset Management, she worked as an assistant manager and coordinator of a digital marketing team.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Communication, both obtained at National School of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest.

Anne Marie is in charge with coordination of the billing process, follow-up of payables and receivables, planning, reporting and controlling activities and giving support to operative departments. Anne Marie is also responsible for managing the bank accounts, and informing the company management regarding the financial situation. Anne Marie is an experienced finance and accounting professional, having worked in the Real Estate sector for more then 10 years. Anne Marie holds two Economics Degree from Bucharest University of Economic Studies, one in Accouting and Controlling and one in Management.

Bryan leads Resolute’s operations in Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary, with particular focus on establishing REO monetisation processes and managing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios. He has advised on a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial assets throughout the region.

Bryan has extensive property experience throughout Bulgaria, the Balkans and Western Europe. With over 10 years of property experience, he has amassed a diverse skillset having worked in acquisitions and dispositions, property development, marketing and advising.

Bryan is a graduate of the University of Kansas and speaks fluent Bulgarian.

Catalin is the Country Head of Resolute Asset Management Romania. He has 20 years of real estate investment and development experience. He also has experience in construction, project management and development of real estate. The developments range from residential to offices, big retail schemes, hotels and logistic centers.

Catalin holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest.

Irina a REO Sales Specialist at Resolute Asset Management Romania.

She was formerly Economist in Eurobank Properties REIC current Grivalia Properties REIC.

Prior to that, Irina was an Office Assistant in EFG Property Services. Irina obtained her bachelor degree in Economics in Pitesti University specialization Economics of Commerce Tourism and Services.
